The insoles in Inga clogs are made using an orthopaedic last and they are produced using moulded wood veneer. This sole, with seven layers, is created under high pressure and then damped, steamed and finally glued to perfection. Every Swedish clog has an ergonomically designed wooden insole that gives support to the feet and relieves any pressure or fatigue in the legs when walking or standing for long periods of time.
The sole of an Inga Swedish clog features a PU base that is wear resistant that not only makes the clogs durable but it also absorbs the shock on impact when walking to protect the joints and back.
The sole of Inga clogs is ever so slightly curved, this is used to create a gentle rocking motion when walking which naturally propels you forward and gives a smoother walking motion, improves the posture and helps to reduce and treat back pain.
